Welcome to GuestService, an online platform that connects property managers, suppliers, and guests. Please review these terms of service carefully to understand your rights and obligations when using GuestService.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GuestService, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. We may modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of GuestService indicates your acceptance of any changes.

License to Use GuestService

We grant you a license to use GuestService, provided you comply with these terms and applicable law.

Restrictions on Use

You may not:

Copy, distribute, or modify any part of GuestService without our prior written authorization.
Use GuestService for any unlawful, harmful, irresponsible, or inappropriate purpose.
Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
Remove any proprietary notices from GuestService.

Information

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that the content on GuestService is error-free. We may make changes to the content without notice.

Miscellaneous

These terms are governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

User Obligations

Property managers are responsible for the rights to the content they upload to GuestService.
Property managers must have the necessary authorization for the properties they list on GuestService.
Suppliers must acquire appropriate insurance policies.
Users must not create content that is offensive, infringes on third-party rights, violates laws, contains viruses, or is a survey or chain letter.

Services

For Property Managers: GuestService provides management and operation services, including automated tools, guest apps, and additional services. Property managers can connect guests with Registered Suppliers or their own third-party suppliers. Property managers receive an upsell commission for transactions conducted through the guest app.
For Suppliers: GuestService allows suppliers to register to be included on a list of available suppliers. Suppliers receive payment directly from guests or third-party suppliers. GuestService receives an upsell commission for transactions conducted through the guest app.
Intellectual Property Rights

GuestService and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, decompile, or otherwise exploit GuestService or its content without our prior written consent.

Privacy

We collect and use your Personal Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GuestService is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, title, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and those arising by statute or from a course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not guarantee that GuestService will be free of bugs, security breaches, or virus attacks. The site may occasionally be unavailable for routine maintenance, upgrading, or other reasons. You agree that we will not be held responsible for any consequences to you or any third party that may result from technical problems of the internet, slow connections, traffic congestion, or overload of our or other servers. We do not warrant, endorse, or guarantee any content, product, or service that is featured or advertised on the site by a third party.

Except as expressly stated in our Privacy Policy, we do not make any representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the security of any information you may provide or activities you engage in during the course of your use of GuestService.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, exemplary, special, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or reputation, arising under these terms or out of your use of, or inability to use, GuestService, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.

In any event, our total aggregate liability for all damages and losses that arise under or in connection with these terms, or that result from your use of or inability to use GuestService, shall not in any circumstance exceed the total amounts, if any, actually paid by you to us for receiving the relevant service.

Registered suppliers to which GuestService will provide information on our registered property managers for the purpose of offering to their services to and any registered property managers connecting guests to our registered suppliers are independent contractors and not agents or employees of GuestService or its affiliates, and GuestService and its affiliates are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such registered suppliers or registered property managers, or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.


Trial Period and Refund Policy

30-Day Trial Period: GuestService offers a 30-day free trial period for annual plans to allow you to thoroughly evaluate our software before making a purchase decision. We encourage you to use this trial period to ensure that the software meets your needs. If you choose to refund your subscription during the trial period requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date of the initial annual plan. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your purchase details at [email protected]. Eligible refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and credited back to your original method of payment.

Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation after the trial period does not entitle you to a refund of any payments already made.

Policy Modifications

GuestService reserves the right to modify this Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy at its discretion and advises customers to review it periodically for any changes.
